- For billing, invoicing, and account management (Contract performance, Art. 6(1)(b));

- For marketing communications where you have provided consent (Consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).

We will access, use, or disclose Customer Data only as necessary to provide the Services, with your consent, or as required by law. Sub-processors and partners are contractually bound to safeguard data and only act on our instructions.

8. Retention & Deletion

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

After termination of Services, we will securely delete or return Customer Data, unless retention is required by applicable regulations.

9. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a data subject, you have the following rights: right of access; right to rectification; right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"); right to restriction of processing; right to data portability; right to object; right to withdraw consent; and right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it.
